NC TIDE CANCELLATION POLICY

April 21-24, 2024


The following is the NC TIDE Conference Cancellation Policy:

  • If the registration is cancelled by 1/23/2024, a refund of $200 will be made
  • If the registration is cancelled by 2/23/2024, a refund of $125 will be made.
  • If the registration is cancelled after 2/23/2024, there will not be a refund.

    • Substitutions will be allowed. Please allow 2 weeks for substitutions to ensure the corrections of name badges, etc. Any substitution made less than 2 weeks prior to the conference may not have proper conference material available at the conference.
