NC TIDE CANCELLATION POLICY

April 20 - 22, 2026


The following is the NC TIDE Conference Cancellation Policy:

  • If the registration is cancelled by 1/31/2026 a refund of $200.00 will be made
  • If the registration is cancelled by 2/28/2026 a refund of $125.00 will be made
  • If the registration is cancelled after 3/1/2026, there will not be a refund.
    •     

    Substitutions will be allowed. Please allow 2 weeks for substitutions to ensure the corrections of name badges, etc. Any substitution made less than 2 weeks prior to the conference may not have proper conference material available at the conference.
